I wasn't expecting the free roller brush you sent, it will definately come in useful! Yesterday morning I ordered 3 large vac storage bags, as I had ordered Jacket Shoulder protectors at the weekend and on receipt of these I found a £5 money off voucher on goods over £25.

Just to say may thanks for the cedar wood clamp hangers. I ordered them at lunchtime yesterday 29th December and they were delivered by 8.15am today 30th.
I am very pleased with them as I have searched a lot of the shops locally in Birmingham and not been able to get this type of hanger for a long time.
Also thanks for the clothes hair roller which was a nice surprise.

Thank you so much for the roller brush you sent with the clothes rail I recently purchased. It has come in very handy and was a really nice surprise!
I am also thrilled with the clothes rail. For years I have been using rails from Argos which collapse after a short time. It seemed to me that that design was nonsensical – that force on a clothes rail should be directed downwards into the supporting poles, not through a connecting joint which is horizontal. Yours is a wonderful sturdy rail, I just wish Id discovered it earlier!

The jumper storage bags arrived the day after I placed my order; you can’t get better than that. My wife tells me that the bags are just right for the job, so you score a total 9.5 out of 10 and you will be entered onto my list of companies to be recommended for 2008.
Why only 9.5 out of 10 you may ask? Well, the only very minor fault is that I couldn’t find anywhere on your site to tell me if the goods I was ordering were actually in stock. This, I know for a fact, puts some people off and they will leave your site for somewhere else – just a tip; hope you don’t mind.
